Small, family-run, doing this one thing properly.
We started in 2019 with a single Camden flat. Six years later we still only run three apartments, because the moment we add a fourth the standards start to slip.
Our story
The first flat was the one our family lived in when we moved to London, a quiet one-bedroom by Regent's Canal. When my mother went back to look after my grandmother, we couldn't bear to sell it. So we let it as a short stay, and put the same pride into it we'd put into our own home.
That's still how we run things. Every apartment is owned by us. We choose the linens. We meet the cleaners. We replace the kettle the day it stops boiling fast. When you call the number on this site, you get one of us, usually within four working hours.
We don't list on Airbnb or Booking.com because their fees are passed to you, and their algorithms reward host churn over guest care. Booking direct here is cheaper, calmer, and clearer for everyone involved.

House rules
No parties, no smoking inside. Pets allowed at the Kensal Rise and Hammersmith Garden Flats with notice. Quiet hours after 10pm in residential buildings.
Damage & wear
Honest accidents happen. Tell us, we'd rather hear it from you than find it. We only charge for damage that genuinely needs fixing.
